At just 1 year old, Polly (#43523) has already been through more than most cats her age. This beautiful gray and white tabby came to us as a feral cat, unsure of people and the world around her. Despite everything, she has been an incredible mother to her three kittens.
Over the past several weeks, we’ve watched Polly slowly begin to trust. It hasn’t happened overnight—and that’s okay. She now allows us to gently pet her, and she has always trusted us enough to handle, love, and care for her kittens. Every little step she’s taken has shown us that there’s a loving cat hiding beneath her cautious exterior.
Polly is looking for a very special adopter—someone who understands that trust takes time and that every small victory is worth celebrating. She won’t be the cat who climbs into your lap on day one, but with patience, kindness, and understanding, we truly believe she has the potential to become a wonderful companion.
