Hello. I’m Doug 41329. I was found on Lake Douglas Road in Bainbridge and brought into the shelter by animal control on 12/31/2024. I am a solid black, with one small white dot on my chest. I am a male, about one year old, weighing about 52 pounds. Doug is a loving and gentle one-year-old male black dog who may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he will steal your heart! Though he can be a bit nervous when meeting new people or in unfamiliar situations, his sweet nature shines through as he gains confidence. He is looking for a patient, understanding home where he can feel safe and secure as he adjusts to new experiences. With time, Doug will bond deeply with his family and prove to be a loyal and affectionate companion.
