Hello! I am Harbor 40980. I was brought into the shelter by a good Samaritan after being found on Hwy 262 in Decatur County during hurricane Helene. Harbor is about 4 months old as of 9/30/24. I would love to find my home, and if not my home, a good new home. If I am not claimed by 10/3/2024, I will be available for adoption. NOW 25 weeks old as of 10/28/24. Now 7 months and neutered too as of 12/13/24!
